Hey Brother, Please experiment with a cirrus based fluid, preferably Orange, in a sprayer before applying poisons for carpenter bees. The fact that they can fly and have such incredible evasive powers is truly one of God’s wonders that defies evolution and physics. And yes.. sometimes a badminton racket is appropriate. Badminton racket works well on the carpenter bees. Still won’t solve your problem because they’ll plant tons of eggs. To get rid of them you’ll have to poison and then fill the hole that they bore. And salt guns are not powerful enough to kill them, I tried.

Loved all you shared in this episode Duncan. I have had issues making it to the live shows as of late, but I work them in as I can. Those carpenter bees are big and creepy, and I hope you are able to put an end to the invasion. God bless
