Thank you Joseph, glad you got to be with your father, pray for lots of time with your father, in the last few weeks of someone life there are many many special moments of vulnerability and communication with the dying patient, I encourage you to you to be present as much as you can. Once a person has passed, it so important to stay with them for minimum 12 hours as the brain slowly shuts down, talk to them, touch them, music, praying, family members share memories, cry, wail, feel the loss.
