My monitor dropped out after I had OBS sending the stream to Rumble. I changed to another USB port. OBS is finicky, everything has to be in place before you open it. I had the show set and streaming and had to reboot my rodecaster once. Went live before I realized it didn’t recognize the rodecaster. Had to shut the show down, close, and reopen OBS. I’m about to text their support now and see if they can’t fix that in a future update

I was wondering if OBS received an update and froze your video source. Did you try removing your video source and re-adding it? I don’t have direct experience with OBS, just experience through osmosis. OBS streamers have issues after updates. If only we could freeze the version to stop these random issues.
