It would appear that we have to go through Congress to get the amendment to The Smith-Mundt act of 2012 repealed. Up until the amendment the government was prohibited from using propaganda on its citizenry. I wanted to make sure that when you were talking about the ACT that you were clear that you didn’t want the government to propagandize its citizenry which I believe was your intended message.
