Brother Duncan, your chicken saga was a fun way to start your show. To clarify, a 100-year blood plain plan is a plan where the highest water level could be within 100 years. Another way to say it is the plan for a flood to happen once a century in her area. It is not a schedule that means she’s in year 40 of 100 for example. I’m not saying that her zoning is legitimate, just explaining the terms. One loophole she can look into is building the small home on a trailer making it a vehicle.

Most people don’t understand the government is not there to work for them. They believe the elect official is going to do their bidding in their absence. That is not what happens! Government requires our constant oversight. Took me over 30 years to realize that. Zoning is purposefully restricting our uses. While leaving loopholes for the corporations to steam roll. Our education systems does not teach us involvement and engagement is necessary for government to function for our benefit.
